Excursion to Centrale Montemartini
Last Friday, the two fifth classes of the primary school visited the ‘Centrale Montemartini’ museum in the Ostiense district.
A German-speaking guide showed the children the old machinery of the former power station. The topic of energy production is currently covered in the lessons ‘Nature, Human Being, Society’ and it was impressive for everyone to be able to look at and even touch these huge steel giants of the past.
