Let’s make butter Class 3A and B

After the excursion to the Milk Plant, the two third classes of the primary school dedicated themselves to an interclass project. They made butter. Many of them were surprised at how easy it is to make butter with whole cream by shaking a jam jar. The bread with butter and buttermilk were delicious!

Today classes 3A and 3B of the primary school spent a wonderful and above all eventful day at the ‘Centrale del Latte di Roma’. How does milk get from the cow to the supermarket? A varied field trip gave the children a detailed answer to this question today.
Raclette 10/1/2023

After the conference at the beginning of the year, the Swiss Club invited the entire faculty and staff to a raclette in our gymnasium. Table service was taken care of by the 4th grade pupils. We toasted the New Year together and shared our good intentions.
